MAXhealth Fitness Board

Fitted with a timer, speed counter and calorie counter the MAXhealth Fitness Board allows you to monitor your progress. Interactive LED lighting technology that sees the soft blue lights that are eluminated during the workout turn to red to denote the beginning of the final 2 minutes of the selected workout programme.

The MAXhealth Fitness Board comes with 5W built in bluetooth speakers that allow you to workout to your favourite music. Simply select the music mode using the infrared remote control and the board will act as a speaker and also sync to the beat of the song that is playing.

The MAXhealth Fitness Board comes with three automatic modes, a music mode and ten manual speed settings allowing you to workout at your own pace. Included is a anti-allergy and anti-slip floor mat covering almost the entire surface of the board to allow for a whole host of exercises including lunges, planks, sit-ups, press-ups and more.

The MAXhealth Fitness Board is designed to move with the contours of your body to allow for a full body workout but with significantly less impact on joints and muscles such as knees and hips in comparison to vibration technology or traditional road-running.
